Damaged Shipment & Refund Policy
If your product arrives damaged, a refund will be issued the same day via Zelle or PayPal, after you provide clear photos showing the damage. The cost of this insurance is paid by Gemstone Studios, and any claims or reimbursements for damages are handled and recouped solely by Gemstone Studios.
